- 2 oz Erstwhile Espadin Mezcal
- 6-8 pitted cherries
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Dark cherry slice garnish
Instructions
- In your cocktail shaker, combine your cherry halves, lemon juice and muddle. Add in simple syrup, mezcal, ice and shake. Strain and discard ice. Add in egg white and dry shake 30 seconds. Pour into desired glass and enjoy.
