On Thursday, March 5, 2020, please join Erstwhile Mezcal at Tahona Bar Tasting Room in San Diego, California for an intimate presentation and mezcal tasting of several rare small-batch expressions.  

Tahona Bar’s tasting room is devoted to mezcal education, a mission shared by both Tahona Bar and Erstwhile Mezcal.  It is a place of exploration that will allow you to expand your knowledge about agave spirits and what makes Mezcal so unique! 

All ticket proceeds from this event will be donated to the nonprofit organization S.A.C.R.E.D. for replanting tobalá seedlings in Oaxaca.

  • 5 – 7 PM: Please join us for Happy Hour featuring the Velociraptor: Erstwhile Mezcal’s signature cocktail made with Erstwhile’s signature Espadin, crafted by master mezcalero Silverio García Luis in Rancho Blanco Güilá, Oaxaca 
  • 7 PM: Yuan Ji, founder of Erstwhile Mezcal, will present and take Q&A on different expressions from Erstwhile’s flagship line, explaining their stories, production methods, tasting profiles and much more.
